By creating an account or using Date Night, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Safety Tips. These Terms are between you and Date Night, Inc.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a binding contract, not barred from using the service, not required to register as a sex offender, and not previously banned by Date Night. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, use only one account, and notify us about unauthorized access.
Violations may result in content removal, warning, suspension, or permanent termination without refund.
Date Night lets users post concrete date ideas and request to join date plans. Sending a join request does not guarantee selection. The host decides which guest, if any, to confirm. Date Night is not a party to arrangements between users and does not guarantee any attendance, safety, identity, character, intention, or outcome.
Meet in public places, arrange your own transportation, tell someone you trust where you are going, and use good judgment. You are responsible for your interactions online and offline.
DATE NIGHT DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS OR CRIMINAL SCREENINGS OF USERS. OPTIONAL IDENTITY VERIFICATION, IF USED BY A USER, DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT USER'S CONDUCT, INTENTIONS, BACKGROUND, OR SAFETY.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS. DATE NIGHT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY USER, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE.
Date Night offers a free tier and optional premium subscription tiers. Premium includes unlimited date posts as displayed before purchase.
All purchases are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple account settings.
Date Night subscriptions unlock digital app functionality only. Date Night does not sell, book, or process payments for reservations, tickets, meals, venue bookings, transportation, gifts, or any other offline goods or services.
If an introductory offer is available and you are eligible, the in-app paywall will display the introductory period and the recurring renewal price before purchase. Any unused portion of an introductory period may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
You own the content you create, including attendee details, photos, prompts, messages, and date posts. By posting content, you grant Date Night a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and adapt that content solely to operate, improve, secure, and promote the service.
You represent that you have rights to your content and that it does not violate law, third-party rights, or these Terms. We may remove content that violates these Terms or creates safety, legal, or operational risk.
Date Night provides report and block tools. Reports may be reviewed by our safety team. Blocking hides attendee details, date posts, and conversations from your experience where supported. We may use automated and manual moderation and may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts.
Date Night, including its design, software, graphics, features, trademarks, and related intellectual property, is owned by Date Night, Inc. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense, or misuse the service.
You may delete your account from Me > gear icon > Account Management > Delete Account or contact support. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time for violations, safety issues, fraud, legal reasons, or misuse. Active subscriptions are managed by Apple and are not cancelled merely by deleting your Date Night account or deleting the app.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. DATE NIGHT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY REQUEST WILL LEAD TO A SUCCESSFUL EVENT OR ONGOING ARRANGEMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Date Night and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or personal injury arising from your use of the service or interactions with other users. Date Night's aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to Date Night in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Date Night from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by New York law. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@datenight.pro and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 60 days. Where permitted by law, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and you waive class action and jury trial rights. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@datenight.pro within 30 days of creating your account.
These Terms are between you and Date Night, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Date Night. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as third-party beneficiaries.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the app or on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
